Addressing each one:

The recession is over with. That according to a academic group of economist, the NHBR. Though they might have been looking the coming mid term and their pay checks from the Obama Administration as motivate factors to make the announcement. That it ended June of 2009. So the last 4 quarters were a flat spot in the economy, not part of a recessions...))

With national unemployment average of 9.7% and some areas hitting 12% and 14%, looks like the discounted unemployment rate from the data used to make the determination. With 940,000 home foreclosed last month, looks like housing was discounted as well. With more American taking out 401 funds that every before. That also seems to be discounted.

So what did the NHBR base the opinion on? The economy contracted slower in that quarter than the prior 4 quarters. That was the sole deter-mination used here. This kind of economic jargon making is like doing brain surgery with a hammer. Just believe it, because we said it. Or I get the hammer out for some readjustment.

But he kills the nations aerospace program (NASA) that can use and advance the development of both of these funding stimulus programs.
And cut back high military funding that can also use the advances and battery/fuel cells. So?

These innovators of new batteries and fuel cells....will likely be doing business with foreign firms (auto, aerospace, and military)

But let move to the USDA. Shirely Sherrod and her husband filed a claim against the USDA for race discrimination on ag loans. They won a $900,000 settlement. Now President Obama comes to office and she is hired.

After years of showing other black farmers how to do these race discimination cases. This being a legal issue. But the Department AG mission is to provide safe, high quality and abundant food for the people of the country/world. That is its main mandate.

Show me how Shirely Sherrod is the best applicant for this position of food production. Because I know top notch AG people with years of high level AG experience that are out of work today. You want to know the right chemical to place on a crop to geth best results, they can tell you without the book. Can Shirely do that?

Her prior experience was to run a farm for a time that failed, (I think), but most of her life's work was on the legal aspect of these black loan discrimination cases. I am not sure that she was qualified for the AG job. But she was well qualified for aiding black claims for race discrimination against the USDA thru the system.

Moving on again.

Racial arrest disapportionment. Could the difference in the Black inceration be accounted to something other than race bias? Maybe because lower incomes and higher unemployment in black communities play a role. Maybe higher level of drugs play a role. Maybe more gang presence play a role. Maybe because education levels play a role.

Bella, I am not saying that inceration data does not show a vast difference between white/hispanic/blacks. It does. But is it because a white officer falsely arrested a black man, then a white judge fails to give him a fair trial and then a jury of whites that met in the jury room to give bias verdict?

Remember you have blacks that work in law enforcement, blacks that are jurists, and blacks that sit on those juries. If they saw vast racial profiling, vast jurispurdence based on race and juries making racial verdicts...they would be whistle blowing to the media and making charges to various attroney general offices. With the data of incerations, we are talking of 1000s of times that race was the issue.

Maybe on the some cases it has happened in recent times. Surely racial profiling happens (Rodney King case) on the streets. But the odds that the system's checks and balances get racially abused to give this vast data difference? With the appeal courts and public defenders that are in the system? I think that you have to consider the other core causes to black crime in the country. They being unemployment, income, drugs, gangs, and education.

But it is worth further study by our DOJ and in states to prob to see if race is or has become the factor to or the sole factor to black/hyspanic racial profiling, jursipurdence decisions, and jury verdicts. I think that there are studies in all of these and will be happy to research/site them for you.

I would feel allot more comfrontable with 3 Black panthers that blocked a Philly polling place facing a judge someplace. Just a clue in. Most US polls do not have security in attendance. By law most states keep them from patrolling the polls on elections.
