I am glad you enjoyed the blog. I believe the important point is incorporating some of these ideas into our daily lives.
A lot of these things I do each day i.e. numbers 1,3,7,8,11,13,16,19,26,32,38,39,41,46,48. Of course it took me a lifetime to learn them.
Then you will have to get someone to wash your back.
I know it is hard to do. They become like family! Maybe on occasion you could visit them and take them for a ride in your vehicle. Sort of like seeing your children occasionally!
