L J, I met her at the airport in Chicago! No kids. My kids really like her! I have 4 daughters and they accept her well. My son had a welcome party for her! Good to go here!

Tonight, she is making Pancit, a Filipino dish! Her first Filipino meal she has cooked!

Good choice going to the Philippines to meet her. You get to see her in her own settings! You met her family which is great! Nice pics!

I met a very nice lady myself from the Philippines and went there in March, 2013 for three weeks! We decided we wanted to be together so she applied for a visa and just arrived here almost 2 months ago. Wonderful lady! Things are going in the right direction for us!

It sounds as if things are going right for you! Don't let other people's remarks discourage you! You spent time with her so you know her and what your heart is telling you!

I was in the Philippines a year ago. At a resort there, I met a guy who was a meteorologist from Abu Dahabi. He and I got to be friends. I lost his email address and haven't been able to contact him. His name was Henk and he is originally from the Netherlands! Just thought I would mention it in passing!
