To sell..or not to sell
For the past 24 years I have lived in the same house but now my children have grown up and left except for the youngest one who is currently at college...of Late I'm finding my home way to big and empty...some of my friends have advised me to sell up and move into a smaller place ..perhaps even down by the coast somewhere...which sounds soooo inviting...but on the other hand I have many sentimental reasons for remaining where I am....none of which comfort me when I'm all alone at night and besides it is becoming increasingly hard on my pets as well...
Ai ai...to sell or not to sell that is my dilemma

My cat won't put up with that.
Btw. I'm in the process of selling my house for the same reasons.
In SA letting out rooms is not an option.
Remember we are child friendly and you do not even have to cross the road to get to the sea.

5 mins from coast to so google Bracklesham Bay Jarred.
Happy to hear you are moving closer to your kids and grandkids...that's wonderful...
I think I have lived in CS home longer than anywhere for last 10years or so.
@Jarred...just kidding...I personally think its awesome of you to be able to sniff these things out...quite cool actually
But you are right location is very important...an absolute must if you wish to make a return on your investment in the long term.
