Happy, using copy/paste to make a point is fine so long as it is stated it is someone else work.
I saw a person on CS showing "his" art work on his profile, they were someone else paintings and drawings. He posted on blogs, copy/paste, and then answered to comments with more copy/paste.
I put a comment on his profile pictures, the "kiss of death". He succeeded in removing it.
I know of the copy/paste blog, copyrights were specified on the lady's site. I saw it and I don't want to antagonize new bloggers. This gentleman has also this story on another site.
Anyway, you called it right. A question of ethics in my opinion.

From what I see around here, the cuts in personnel and the difficulty to hire dedicated caregivers creates many problems. Many are not watched over and when they ring for help, the caregivers are slow to show up. For many it is a job, not a career.
Yes, bars on windows could be seen as a solution, but unfortunately a trap in case of fire.
