Well, it's a delicate balance, governing at the highest levels.To be effective, sometimes it doesn't hurt to lean on the Law a bit,... rarely, of course, and with good counsel. But when there's too much of this, in someone so marginally clued on world affairs, and general Knowledge ("they speak Austrian in Austria") and you throw in a large dose of absent abusive drunken daddy for good measure, we all saw what we survived for 8 years.
