Here is what I use.



In the first bathroom, the grout was only applied a day after all the tiles were completely installed. However in the second one, the grout was applied partly.
I will pay attention to the cracks though. Thanks Chat!

I have to wait till it's completely dry before I can use it.

Can't agree with you more. But for the first bathroom, I have made up my mind.


Kalpataru is now imagining how Merc still thought about the pop of color of my bathroom while lawn mowing.

Gosh Merc, they are beautiful!!
(although the last one looks more of beautifully scary to me )

But most tiles in the first bathroom have been installed now.
Maybe.. juuuuuust maybe.. I'll see whether it will make the room looks gloomy or not if I install one or two colored tiles for the wall behind the toilet and the shower in the second bathroom.

My Giant like the last picture, the one with circle pattern.
Tbh at the very beginning he suggested me to go plain white. I told him I wanted something with accent.
However, after I showed the renovation progress photo to my dear someone, my Giant was right all along. I have to go plain white.

That was my plan.

I use candles only when the light goes out.
As for the plants, I really like the idea. It's just from my experience, they don't really live longer in the room..

Having not too many choices, I gotta go the minimalist-est.

I hope I still can deal with the cleaning cleaning even when I am much much older.

The thing is I have already bought the 25cmx25cm ceramic tiles for the floor. Do you think I still can go larger tiles (let say larger than 25cmx40cm) for the wall?

I use this lamp for the bathroom. It's on 24 hours every day.

But then that will only work on big bathroom, Chat, while mine are very small ones.
