My real name has first, middle and "surname". So it's like in most western system, except the surname. It is still my name and not my family name.

I have some nicknames.. Although my real name is better, I love all of them because I love the ones who gave me those nicknames.

Hi Biff..
Last night we had rain.. at last.

although it caused another problem as my house roof top was like a pond. Rose apple leaves and stupid cat poos were every where which blocked the rain waterways.

It took me about four hours to deal with such problem.

Good thing was that my boss allowed me to leave the office for that purpose, although I had to be back to the office after I finished it.

My way of cooking is mostly boil and steam. So yes, when I make Salmon soup, I start with vegetables and then add the raw fish and let it boiled for a few minutes only.

I do fry, esp when making corn fritters.
