There won't be any politicians, Z, the robot masters will do away with them. Our only chance is to take control now, through genuine socialist government.
Biff, Ash seemed to know a lot more about Mr. A than you put in your description of him. Then, when she went on to mention your books, it made me wonder if there was a connection.
Yes, the book was Rainbow, for the same 'peculiar' reason the others chose it. I didn't mean to convey any impression of disapproval, far from it. I would have told you personally at the time but your PM settings regarded me as an undesirable.
I know you are saying there are things that we can't know, nam, and I agree with you. I don't think there is any point to existence, but some people seem to have to find meaning in it so they make up their own story to satisfy that need.
You have made the point very well, that's why I like the blog.
I didn't mean to suggest that you were looking for answers.
Well, Biff, I am nothing like the guy in the scenario. I've never had a job that I was good at, nor anything that could be called a career. Neither have I ever been in a position where I could have afforded to take a month off work; most of the stress I've experienced was from not having enough money. But, putting all that aside, I'll take the first wife, please, the one that makes the chunky sandwiches.
Please don't evaluate your scenario against anything I said, Biff. I'm one of those male-type people who always come up with a 'but'; it used to do my wife's head in.
Mr. A has, presumably, got a definite idea in his head of what he wants this hiking trip to be. Without knowing what's in his head, how is it possible to say which wife would best suit his plan?
It would be interesting to know how it all came about, but not knowing doesn't cause me any problems. Some people, though, seem to need answers; I'm just glad I'm not one of them.
Even so, it's a very well expressed and thought provoking blog, nam.
But even if the present and the future are simultaneous, daniela, there is no evidence that I know of to suggest that the present has access to the future.
Grave New World
There you go, jac, it's happening already. It may be too late.
