On this site alone one will cross the path of the self opinionated . I have been castigated just for having an opinion, but if it dares to be different from certain people the mud slinging begins. People are indoctrinated with certain sites such as You Tube and have lost the ability to think for themselves.
Discussion is good and some people on here and other Forums I go to will debate in a civilised manner. Unfortunately there are those whom refuse to open their eyes and see the other side of a coin on any given subject.
I admire anyone that tries to learn the language of a country. Your alphabet pronunciation is different to English which is why some people have difficulties. I loved learning Spanish when I lived in Spain.
Nothing wrong with compromise and brains on both sides but can't see it happening. I think B.J. is in it for the glory rather than thinking about what is good for the people of this country.
Seen a lot of disastrous P.Ms. over the years. also M.Ps. Michael Heseltine and Westland spring to mind.
She's the best looked after dog anyone could own. Meals twice daily all grain free to protect her digestive system , 3 surgeries at a cost of almost £4000 in the past year for Cruciate repairs . A rescue dog when she was 4 years old and a bag of nerves but now 9 and a devoted pet.
A better companion than some humans that's for sure.
I feel for parents that will have the dilemma of whether to allow a 4 year old to return to School in July. Controlling children of that age and keeping them separate will take some doing. It's a natural instinct for kids to mix and mingle.
One positive thing for me is that I am happy with my own company and I don't need people in my life that continually gossip about each other, so some social adjustments will be made as to whom I associate with in the future.
I like your outlook on life Orzzz. You have been tested to the limits but have come through all your traumas still with a good heart . That quality is to be admired.
We have many TV shows in the UK whereby you can view other peoples homes such as people looking to move and exploring other possible homes and I too find it fascinating taking peeks at how others choose to use décor etc.
Did the same in 2002 when I was 62. Had a great life in Spain in San Pedro del Pinatar then Sabinillas but moved back after 7 years due to the onset of arthritis. No regrets. It was an exciting adventure.
RE: We are NOT in it all together.
Hi OrzzzAgreed, but there's a poster in the Forums who will shoot you down for daring to have an opinion.
Hope the windmill is still up and running and the cats are fine
