Either the cat was given some medicine of some type (pain pills ?), or is an old feeble cat. I'm not sure. It's a gif I discovered elsewhere without any explanation or comment. Good thing it wasn't a ledge overlooking a ravine somewhere in the wild. Nonethless, one can't help feeling sorry for the cat and also laughing. I'm glad it brought some laughter your ways
Since I am in the northern hemisphere, I go south (to Florida) for the winter. It's summer here now in New Jersey. You should go north where it's much warmer for your winter.
OK, the head gasket is labor intensive, meaning costly if a mechanic does it. The gasket itself is not all that expensive. HOWEVER, several companies make a sealant. Bars Leaks makes the easiest one. You simply add it to the radiator and idle the vehicle for 30 minutes, then let it sit overnight. This fills in the cracks & splits in the head gasket. You just drive the veehicle normally the next day with the liquid/matrix mix in the radiator and it continues to seal leaks as you drive it.
I'm guessing your symptoms of this are white smoke and rough starting. If you try several times the vehicle will start after you blow the water out.
I'm not sure how bad the radiator is, but Bars Leaks makes a good sealant for that too. You can get both at an auto parts store NOT the dealer. If the radiator is so bad it definitely needs replacement, that is easy to do and the radiator isn't that expensive if you get it from an auto parts store and not the dealer. I just got one for my neighbor. It was $135 (the gas station wanted $800 for it). The gas station installed it for him for $65 (I tried to talk him allowing me to help him for free). His was an Isuzu as well. 1995.
Fuel pumps are not too expensive at an auto parts store about $125 and shouldn't be too expensive to replace. It's usually just two or three bolts holding it onto the bottom/side of the engine.
Repairing your truck will be MUCH less expensive than replacing it unless you got a tremendous deal. However, then you inherit another unknown (by you) set of problems if you get another.
If you think they look older in their pictures than their stated age, wait until you meet them in person. They look a lot older and heavier than even their pictures.
My condolences on the loss of your brother. However, I am sure he would want you to be happy.
Life, unfortunately, is a very temporary experience. It's much too short to waste it away lamenting about the past. Simply put one foot in front of the other and try to enjoy it while you can. Perhaps take shortstop out to the park and meet some new friends.
Keep sending out those resumes, all you need is one "yes" among thousands of "no". Persistence is a key to success in anything.
RE: Hey, I'm thinkin about runnin for CS President
$3,000,000 US cash would definitely get my vote.
