Hi Sendsomeone, Perfectly normal what you are going through. For those of us that are single, it happens all the time. We think of those in our past... since we have no one special right now to fill that void in our hearts and minds.
A friend of mine, was a musician.. and he and his longtime gf ended their relationship.. he felt really bad, always talked about her and even dare I say, he thought about ending his life over it.. so he said.. then one day, he met a new woman... they fell in love.. then they were real happy.. and then all he talked about was his new gf. aahh, she was the best, so pretty.. so nice... the love of his life. Then I told him "I thought you said that about your last gf".... and I continued, " you see, life works in mysterious ways, if the last one had not left you or you left her... then you would not have met this new one, who you now say is your heart's content".

Just1look, if that persons continuously runs away, then they are definitely not the one for you. Cut the repeat habit with that one and find someone who truly appreciates you. That runner has obviously shown where he stands. My older brother once told me, "why do you want to be with someone who obviously doesnt want to be with you". Is that happiness? Someone who has a habit of leaving? I say its his loss, if he cant make up his mind... and YOU deserve better, someone who will love you the way you love them.

One of my past girlfriends, my favorite one, I dont regret a moment with her. Nor do I regret a moment with any girlfriend of the past or future. No matter how things ended. We would like someone to stay or for things to work out forever, but I appreciate every beautiful moment and feeling that was there. I am grateful for their time with me... Life is too short to sit in sorrow over something thats been completed and over. Keep hope, and a new sensation will eventually awaken your heart and soul again. Then, you'll think "Ahhh, Im glad I waited for this special one.

Hi dear Liveinhope, I was here about a year and a half ago, for only a short time. I did not engage in blogs back then. Then I returned this past summer and got into the blogs. It feels like I've been here for a much longer time than that.. and that's a good thing for me anyway. It has been fun here, and the people here are great! Although, I hope they're not tiring of my stupid jokes and crazy blogs yet... Cause Ive got more in store.. Im full of it.. er, I mean Im full of them. lol

Well, I once had an old car that the Reverse would not work. lol but in relationships... I would advise it's not necessarily a good thing to back with someone you split up with before.. you may be setting yourself up for a repeat... but, never say never, maybe both of you have changed since. I would also advise, if the problem that split both of you up in the first place has truly resolved itself, then give it time to see if truly did so. No reason to rush into anything. Making it official doesnt necessarily make it better. Just be sure that you are both happy and ready to be together again.

Common sense? Im looking it up right now. I got my encyclopedia, dictionary, thesaurus and an old Mad magazine out... looking through the pages of all of them..
