No mass was never my best subject. See, you can read my mind. You must have ESPN and satellite TV. But these days one of my favorite subjects is a lady in a black and white blurred pic. So pretty and fun personality is she. (got something in my eye)
I've experienced them Algorithms or however they spell that. Yes, one night, one my ex's says to me, "Look Rob, ALGO, and you can stay here in the nightclub drinking and staring at all those other women, 'cause you sure aint paying any attention to me."
I answered, "Wha? I forgot you were here? No, no, no! Of course, I've got my eyes and thoughts only on you. Really I do. Don't do the ALGO thing to me."
you know I don't like talking politics at all, but I just want to comment here, People are always saying they don't want Career Politicians, they want someone new, new changes, new, new, new! But they have to wonder, would they hire a Lawyer with no experience to represent them in court? Would they allow someone with no experience to operate on them, or would they go with an experienced surgeon? You see what I'm getting at? Politics requires some experience and know how. Some understanding of how the world works.
Now, you also know I have nothing against the Democratic or Republican party nor whatever other parties there is. I vote for whichever I feel their candidate and plan is best, or I think they can deliver or try to deliver.
Now, I'm not saying I'm a fan of Hillary, but I've definitely never, never been a fan of Trump. I never liked him nor his ways since way back, even before he got into politics. I know ole friends from New Jersey and other places that he jacked over. Pretty much conned them and others. So, no, not a fan of his. I don't believe him to be a man of change, for as far as I know, he never has been.
However, he won the election, and I respect the election process. Although, many of those who voted for him seem to enjoy rubbing that victory in everyone else's face over and over again.
As for me? I'll just wait and see where he and his administration go from here.
But one thing, he and all politicians have to remember. We, the people don't work for them, they work for us. United, together, we all work to keep America the best we can.
Wow! What a busy day you've had. Heck, you did more work than I do in two years. I know a lady friend who works at a bakery. She just loafs all day.
Anyways, I did one rent a local bus to park in my garage, which was too short, as the bus took up 6/3 of the space. I had to leave the garage door open.
Any-who. If none of what I said makes any sense, then don't worry, most people wouldn't understand what I just said either.
I commend you on all the work you did. You're truly a hard working and intelligent, and classy lady. Now rest and have a great weekend.
the other day I was running late for my massage parlor appointment, and a train held up traffic. I kept looking for the end of it, looking and looking, and I said to myself, "Is the end near?"
"And from the point of view of all Americans, it is imperative that we all set aside our personal feelings and get behind this new administration or we risk facing the same thing we have suffered through for the past eight years."
Maybe people should have done that with the last administration or any past administration, and maybe things would be more agreeable with everyone these days.
By the way, if I remember correctly, someone, one of the candidates said during campaigning that this election was "Rigged." Hmm, was it? I wonder if they still hold to that thought now?
Of course, I'm not one to stir into politics or religion, but here just my two cents, from knowing what I know about the media, advertising and how money and influence works:
Most everything the media tells you is BASED on something written somewhere. BASED on something we personally have not witnessed, nor can confirm, other than through other sources that are BASED on another source or such.
There are people who believe every word from the likes of Weekeeleaks and Weekeepeedia and Googleyez and Tabloid Magazines and the Media to be GOSPEL. To all be TRUE, without question!
I don't blame the media for the circus that they are, although they should try to be more sincere... the key word, TRY!
it's not the media that is the circus. It's the people that are enabling the Media to do so. Just as the very reason The Enquirerer and other tabloids similar to it, have thrived for so many years, is because they have an audience, they have readers. If they have readership, then they can sell advertising. Thus, they make money off of the Gullible people.
It's the people who enable the circus of media, including that of the upcoming election.
If the media wrote an article that people would ignore or flat out discredit immediately, then the media might learn to be more truthful.
It is the final week before the election, and the media is doing everything possible to stir up controversy. WHY? Because it may be their last chance to make some good money off of readership for a while, until the next election or until another rumor or something happens.
Every candidate or party has their Publicity Agents or Publicity Workers out there, spreading news of any kind to make their candidate look great, and to discredit the other candidate and make them look like someone awful.
It's all biased and bought media.
I remember back in the late 1970's, the world was supposed to run out of gas. In 1999, the world was supposed to end on New Years of 2000.
Sheesh! It's not the media that holds all the responsibility. It's the Gullible people and those that try to influence others vote. Let the people vote what they want, I say. We should not try to scare them, threaten them or coerce them to vote how we or some group wants them to vote.
I think many do not like the new format because we are used to and familiar with CS as it has always been, the CS we came to know and love, and that provided a sense of comfort for us all.
If CS had perhaps done a few subtle changes now and then, it could have eased us all into the new format. But to so quickly switch us over to a new format all of a sudden or overnight, caught many of us by surprise.. and basically surprised or shocked many.
I suppose somehow we must now slowly adapt, although it is not very comfortable doing so.
You've convinced me. I 'm coming to your town to visit that place in the picture and other great places like it. I might take the Red Eye, overnight flight there. See ya soon!
What a nice picture. Looks so picturesque, like one of them jigsaw puzzles with beautiful scenery.
Nice pic of you and your son too.
You know, you're really very pretty. Why if I was only 25 years younger and did not drool when I look at your picture, I might be inclined to bother you with lots of mail.
you are not stuck. You're holding yourself back from perhaps a brighter future.
A friend of mine felt so bad when he tried to keep one of his past GF's. It just wasn't working. He then told me, "She's the only one for me. There'll never be another like her. Never! And I don't want anyone else. I'm willing to go through all I have to to stay with her."
He then got drunk and cried when they split up.
About a year later, I saw him with a new lady. He said "Hi" and the next day, he called me. He said, "Rob, she is the best GF I've ever had. She is truly the ONE for me. There is no one else like her. She's the best!"
I then told him, "Wait! Didn't you say that about your last GF, that she was the ONE for you, and that there would never be anyone like her?"
He replied, "Hmm, did I say that? Well, you know? It's a good thing that I parted ways with her, because I never would have met my real happiness, my real love, THIS ONE.. She is the best. I thank God that I met this one."
I added, "And as you just said, if you had not had the courage to move on from your last GF, you never would have met this one, the one you are so happy with now."
Just thought I'd mention this.
Best wishes on your decision, whatever you choose to do.
I'm not supposed to tell you this, so keep it a secret, okay. And remember, you didn't hear it from me,
But, the other day, CH put up a Bachelor Auction blog or something like that.. and anyways, you and I did not get even ONE BID... and we were on the clearance aisle, 70% off!
That's what I heard.. and I felt bad. But then after one of these --> .. I was okay.
Johnny, now the beer part of that sign is only there, because a friend of mine once told me, "What Rob? You're thinking of getting married? Geesh! You gotta be drunk to get married!"
So, that's why I thought it would only be traditional to add the beer part.
I think I know where Calmheart is coming from too, California, I think.
As for the benefits of being single at my age? I don't know. Maybe if I had millions of dollars like you do, it'd be different. But, I don't know. Well, at least my dog likes me, when I feed her.
