My own voice lowers and words come methodically carrying a hint of a rasp. This different me dangerous to all but her. She moves weightlessly within the glow of the feelings she stirs and is loved.
If you're thinking of Emma first, and your envolvement with her is causing difficulties in her mother's relationship the time may come to walk away. Your ability to be in her life is "unstable" at best. How good is it for her to grow more attached to you if you can be ripped away from her at any moment?
The greater the difference between how a person sees themself and how they wish they were the more uncomfortable it is for them to have others see their imperfections. The disharmony between their "perceived self" and their "ought self" takes a toll on their self esteem. These type of people use the world "should" alot in their thought patterns relating to themselves and others.
You know you will not betray your responsibilty to them. It gives you strength of character where otherwise you might be weak. Every action takes them into consideration because you want it to. Your behavior becomes deliberate.
True love is unwavering, everything else is infatuation.
Physical appearance will effect how many people are willing to date you. That works both ways.
Physical appearance does not cause you to be treated poorly. A jerk will be a jerk about any perceived imperfection and if your perfect he'll be a jerk about that. Try not to take responsibility for other peoples poor behavior.
I had it bad for this girl and she knew it. We had talked on the phone alot and hung out a couple times but I was getting nowhere fast. Pretty sure I had a oneway ticket to the freind zone we were on our way out of town to visit an old freind and I had to take a leak real bad. Being a guy I cut down a gravel road jumped out to get some releif. When I got back into the truck she says "That's just what a girl wants to see on a first date!". I say "This is a date?".
That kinda rolls off the tongue real easy with you.

You should see it in the summer. Nearly bald, and i'm 6'2 and very ermm.. slim. I don't mind looking different. It weeds the garden so to speak. Much easier to spot the good women, and it's not much of a liabilty if ya don't lose confidence.
Don't get me wrong. I aggree comunication is valuable. How it's handled can speak volumes. I just think it's important to keep it's value in perspective. Sometimes it is an act of caring or not caring for someone. More often it is a reflection of a feeling or thought. A painting of a tree is not the tree itself, even if the painter is honest the painting is not truth but a reflection of what is. The painting may be beautifull just don't forget it only a reflection and it's purpose is to honor the tree.
I find myself spending a fair bit of time reading the forums. I know some feel they have gotten a bit dull. I don't find them dull.
It's amazing to watch some of the people here move from one emotional locale to another. Sometimes covering a great distance. Does anyone else notice this? Look for it? Or see it in themselves?
After a couple years of her dedicated spit and polish routine she sets us loose in the world. There we are all shined up by a woman for women. The new girl in the next cubicle keeps peeking. We are immediately confused. Years of conditioning have taught to be cordial. So we reciprocate. Somewhere between flirting and waking up next to a strange woman we remember. The one at home, that shined us up, will not like this and we will be punished. The only thing left to do is come clean. If we don't she will know. As soon as we walk through the door, she will just know.
So look for the guys wearing the belts that don't go with their shoes or the ones in slightly ridiculos pants. They are most likely unmarried.
Ps: Now I wish I had paid attention to what clothes she laid out for me to wear. I'm so confused...
