RE: ARE THERE ANY REAL WOMEN LEFT?

You do not come into someone's life and supercede their relationship with their children. You develop a loving partnership with them over time. You develop a loving relationship with their children. In time, you bond, probably through marriage. When you bond with a person who has children, you are as much taking on the children as you are your partner. Of course, one who does this has to like children. I don't think you like children. So it's probably best you look for women who don't have children. Probably women who are sterile, just to be on the safe side.

RE: ARE THERE ANY REAL WOMEN LEFT?

I think you get what you ask for. Negative, angry, immature people attract negative, angry, immature people. Simple.

RE: ARE THERE ANY REAL WOMEN LEFT?

Yes, exactly. No sensible human being could possibly think that when they enter a realationship with someone who is a parent, they will automatically come first because they are an adult.

RE: lying about age

Well, there's the motivation, I guess, for her to lie...but only if she's only interested in a short term thing--as said , eventually the lie catches up with you.

RE: lying about age

Just out of curiousity, if she had told you 45 when you first met, would you have dated her?

RE: lying about age

Ok, so if somebody's going to lie about their age, what's acceptable limit, 5-10-15? I might need to know this someday.laugh

ARE THERE ANY LADIES OUT THERE THAT WILL ACCEPT A PERSON FOR WHO THEY ARE?

Absolutely, totally, and without a doubt. Just be patient and be prepared to accept her for who she is too. cheers

Favorite City

Favorite is like saying 'unique,' like there can only be one...but in fact, to me, a favorite city is one I would go to over and over again, given the chance, or making the oportunity, which would then include: London, Florence, Venice, Rome, and a few more. The problem for me is that there is only so much time and money for traveling and so many places I have not yet been. Many of the places mentioned sound like they should be my future destinations. Thanks for the info.wine

Just be careful--professor don't pick the wrong ones!

The most difficult, wierdest, or worst job --

Oh, and most of the people doing this work are illegal immigrants. One day a whole busload of them was carted away and sent back to Mexico. doh It's work Americans do not want to do and of course the pay is minimal.

Commercially grown mushrooms are grown in buildings which are shaped like green houses, long, narrow, one story, but have no windows. Mushrooms thrive in the dark. On each side and in the middle of the narrow building, there are shelves about 4 feet wide and separated by about 3 feet vertically and four feet horizontally. This is where the mushrooms grow. When you pick them, you have to wear a hat with a light on it so you can see what you're doing. The light has a battery strapped around your waist. You have to straddle between the shelves on the side and in the middle for footing, and you have to bend over the shelf to pick the mushrooms in the center of the shelf and near the wall. Also, mushrooms are gown in a planting/soil mixture of about 90% cowdung and 10 percent earth. You get to wear rubber gloves. When you go on break, outside, there are piles and piles of steaming dung sitting around...it is so cool

One day my battery pack leaked and by the time I got home, I almost had no pants left--the battery acid ate holes through my jeans. cheers

Not if you knew what it was really like, and they weren't the fun kind of mushrooms!! innocent

RE: what do couples discuss ?

Yes, hopefully everything and anything. Guess that's what makes it so difficult to find the right person, someone you can relate to intimately and completely on both a mental and physical level.

What is the most difficult, wierdest or worst job you've ever had?

I've had so many crappy jobs--boring jobs, terrible bosses, too much commuting, etc., but I guess the strangest was picking mushrooms one summer, years ago, to get traveling money--it's one reason why I now never eat mushrooms.
