I read this on MSN homepage--I think this woman, these people are sick..the world is overpopulated as it is...if these people love children so much, they ought to adopt those who have no parents or foster those who need good ones--18 kids, this is just so completely selfish.
Well, I'm glad for those who had wonderful parents, but I am also glad to know I'm not alone in having had some very disappointing ones--to me, mothers' day and father's day are something I try to ignore--I feel sad, more so than bitter--sad that things weren't different, and really sad for my folks who are dead now and never did get to know the real me or value the person I was and have become--their loss.
I want to thank my mom for telling me to get the hell out because my life, since I did that, has been absolutely wonderful, I have fulfilled my dreams and become the woman I always wanted to be. Thanks mom!
I want to live everywhere. I moved out of my parents' house when I was 17 and have moved about once a year ever since--the grass under my feet doesn't have time to get green. Home, for me, is in the soul/heart/mind...that's where I really live.
Interesting perspective. True, something about Powell transcends racial and party lines, as if we are unable to project onto him anything he is unwilling to have projected onto himself... However, the media, et al., would have labled him the first black president, of that I have no doubt.
Hypothetically.....President Obama
Thank youI don't see any reason to have one w/o the other, do you?
