While attempting to pass the driving test: In Alabama - US, one must apply light signal blinker one fully city block before turning. I'll never forget this rule as I forgot to do it when I was 17 and damn near failed the test because of it. It was the only mistake that I made on the test. The driving instructor said that if had mess-up on anything else on the test, I would have failed the test. Wow, that's heavy reduction of points for a missed driving procedure.

I'd say that fewer and fewer guys are willing to be involved with a pre-made family. I tried it twice, I couldn't handle it physically, emotionally nor financially and this was when I was in my early thirties, I sure couldn't do it now, sorry. That's a tough situation.

I can't see how this law can be set-in-stone for the masses. I believe readjustments to the law will be allowed to accommodate all classes and wage earners, but without a doubt, it's a new style of taxing America.
