I had a great time yardsaling with my honey. I got this big bed that she helped me by letting me use her big truck to get over here. I don't have to choose whether my head or my feet is off the bed, lol. I got the yard mowed. I am still smiling. :)
I almost lost friends over religion. I let go of it. I have gotten help from my friends who gave me knowledge to save myself. Given the choice I would rather be a friend and help someone to save themselves then to try to save them. I am so thankful for all the guardian angels I have met on here. Hmmm, I used to have the committee talking to me in my head. I always wondered which one of them was me. I learned that I wasn't God even though I created whole worlds in my head. Later, I got off mind altering chemicals and the voices went away. Whenever the voices try to come back I go to my meetings. It is good to have a higher power, today. The higher power is the combination of the hope, strength and experience of the other members to me.
I am glad that you are venting and not bottling all that anger inside. It is healthy to vent. I used to have just one freaking emotion and that was rage.
You are basing that a breakup has occured because the other person has disappeared. This could be liken unto a hit and run. You are basing that the other person has lost interest but maybe you haven't. It sounds like you got dumped and didn't want to be dumped. this goes against the theory of out of sight then out of mind. It sounds that from what you said that your directness might have frightened them away. Evidently you sound more mature than they are. It sounds like your feelings were hurt. I am sorry this has happened to you. You sure saved yourself a lot of time by being direct. If they could not be direct with you back then the loss is their's, too.

I like the idea of profile viewing. I think it is important to know when you are a newcomer to the forums that is ok to view others because others view you. I think reality is important to the forums even though it may be taken as drama because without reality none of us would be here but that is just my opinion.

We have some of that in Arkansas. I believe if you get 7 vehicles behind you then you have to pull over because of there are a lot of roads that would backed up for miles otherwise. Sharon, I just get back on and you are leaving, geez? I hope you get to come back. I know you have things to take care. I have had to do that but have returned. I hope you keep up your writing. I sure have enjoyed transponding with you. You will be sorely missed. I hope good tidings in the illness in your family. My prayers are with you. I still read over some of our early letters. I will be sound asleep and then Mo comes to bed with that cold nose on my back, lol. What I hate is when he comes in after it has rained, lol. Sometimes he comes in so muddy that I have to ask, 'Is that you Mo?'
I am glad you got out of that relationship, Anita. I could see how that could cause problems by the you described it. I could see where ill preparation could cause problems but since no handbook comes with relationships I think most people must muddle through them. I was married to a control freak once and I know what you mean. I couldn't really blame though because from hindsight somebody had to control the uncontrollable mess we both got ourselves into.
I am so glad many women shared with me on here. In the grieving state that I am still going through which made me vulnerable and immature in a lot of ways was offset by the support that ladies on here gave me. I will be forever greatful. I did not intend to use or misuse anyone. They know who they are and I do not need to mention them by name. Big hugs. :)
