the thing is there is a world outside the pc screen, mobile phone. We can live in the virtual world or the real world. Funny thing is a lot of so called friends don't tell you when you're in the wrong, good friends do and are not afraid of losing your friendship by telling you some cold hard truths that might hurt. Virtual friends just suck up to you for the companionship in their otherwise boring home existence in the burbs as they don't get out that much, or can't tear themselves away from days of our lives and are addicted to fb.
Sorry, I can't show you my tatts, don't have any, sorry I don't have a lighter, do i look like I smoke? Not a heavy drinker, might have 1 light beer so not the life of the party.
Probably more than men when you think about it. Sitting at home expecting benefits to fall out of heaven. When I was a single dad, my daughter was in family day care at 4:30am in Bris. while I started at 5am at the warehouse, crappy life for a kid but the family day carer treated my daughter like her own children. In all that time I never expected anything other than the bare minimum of $20 month from the ex, if you live your life expecting others to make it more comfortable, you ain't got no life at all. Best to let the money you get from an ex go into a christmas account and learn to live off your own bat. At the end of the day, you will be a better person for it and not be a whinger going on about how much your ex is behind in child support payments.
I'm hearing a lot of advice and taking it all in, some good, some bad, have an open mind and you may pick some very useful stuff up as it's learnt through mistakes we've made. Learning things the hard way is the worst way IMO.
I'm sure as punch my ex is expressing her feelings in the church group, fb, msn, girlfriends etc... Everything she did had to have their stamp of approval before she did something. Question for everyone? Are fb & msn friends real friends? I say no because they never see you, are not in your shoes and can offer all the advice till the cows come home to their friends and that advice can do so much damage. People need to listen to their feelings and realize their own failings and partners and learn to live with them or work them out together, not use the internet to solve them for this can lead to heartbreak.
Since I went on this Liver Cleansing Diet, I've probably eaten more veggies in the last 12 months than I have in the last 10 years. Wish I lived near the Queen Vic or Dandebong produce market. The price of veggies seems to be rising by the day. I think I'd rather be poor and know my kids were reading than be wealthy and have illiterate kids.
my oxygen is not getting through to the brain due to my cancerous lungs from smoking the nico reducing the flow of O. gee, like you've never had family or friends die from smoke related complications.
I can say my step son never read 1 book right through from start to finish. Being in a book shop, the choice of books is beyond belief but could we get him to read Harry Potter or anything else? A tip we were given today was to pay your kids $10 for every book they read right through, wish I'd known that when he was 12yo, he might have got into the reading bug. Another problem area for one of the kids is eating her veggies, another person mentioned giving the kids $1ea every time they eat all of their veggies, that way they get used to the taste and their taste buds start to like them. Bit of bribery pocket money goes a long way.
Spiteful ex's and black eyes.
You're one to speak.
