There's some well to do singles in town who own businesses too, sell real estate and are just great people who are always smiling, happy and have lovely personalities. Out of my league and I'm too shy to make a move.
Tells people how they feel, I get into trouble for doing that, but at least I'm honest and don't BS like the other guys with their frilly around the edges sweet talking. Maybe it gets them further in the dating stakes, but I'm after a real woman, not someone who is after a lying BS artist.

Sometimes saving is as easy as having a goal and once you borrow for the goal, paying it off quicker, therefore saving you interest and giving you a capital gain as it rises in value. Why pay the bank when if you pay it off quicker, you are paying yourself that money?
not I said the fly, I actually turfed 5,000 novels down to the recycle bins at the tip. Quite a few thousand more to go to clear the shed before the new owners move in.
