Yes, the world would be a much nicer place if everyone, especially giants like USA, China, Russia, minded their own business of which there’s plenty to mind. Hexagon has listed the key points as education, health care, wealth distribution, environmental disasters. (As example you can look at Scandinavian countries: small, comfortable to live in and, for the most, concerned with their own fare.)
Though, I’m afraid, it’s not going to happen. Through the history of hominids, there always was a big baboon with a stick or a stone or nuclear weapon and “righteous” cause to lead and a bunch smaller brainwashed baboons, aching to be led. Where? That’s another question.
Gastro- as "endoscopy"? Or was it some kind of surgery? First is quite controllable event, the second... well, wish you quick recovery. Though laughing, as uncontrollable as it is or perhaps just because, is good for you no matter what.
I laugh at yoga classes. When all good people chanting hari-krishna-or-some-such, I'm sitting there and laughing my bony butt off. Can be barred any second, I know. But it's just... not controllable at all :)
It took 8 weeks for my mother between the diagnosis and the death. An aggressive cancer form. She was 64. I'm 54 now and if it's genetic, then I have at least 10 years. Though my maternal grand-mother died of the very same cause at age 42. So I am long overdue and living on the borrowed time.
Thank you, sweet heart, but I don't have time to watch propaganda. I barely have time for the people I care about.
There are always peeps, who would ban everything in their way for the slightest disagreement. I've been on this site before and, when leaving, deleted my profile. Or so I thought. Turned out that it's still here. I don't use it and don't see it as a big deal.
Our looks is a composite of genetics and life style. While you can't do anything to alter the first, you can always adjust your life style in a way that'd eventually lead to the weight you want to have. But to change life style, you'd need to change the way you think, in other words: your personality. Wouldn't happen without lots of determination and motivation.
I myself like being physically active whereever possible, as well as being aware of how much and what quality of calories I consume. I also prefer fit people.
RE: Is harbal single...?
10 degrees seems as rather poor performance. Why wouldn't you give your next man some slack? Then perhaps, he'd give you some slack on 11 degrees.
