Peaky Blinders Thomas Shelby played by Cillian Murphy. Brilliant series. Based in Birmingham UK. The gangs there are still known as Peaky Blinders. The name came from having razor blades hidden in the peaks of their hats and they used them across the eyes of their victims to blind them hence Peaky Blinders Awesome theme song too. As I'm back in the Uk, I only have my tablet so no access to my computer. Will have to learn how to download on my tablet....

Tommy might be busy trying to raise funds for the Plymouth Hoe Swimming pool. It's in disrepair so I've seen. It's a very beautiful swimming pool built in the rocks and it's sea water, au natural. I saw it many years ago. Well worth saving. I have a few friends from Plymouth. Some from Freathy.

Anyway, I don't like bald headed men,they need to wear makeup to stop their heads from blinding people

I have a bit of a belly but nothing like a beer gut like most men have. I also fart but in a nice way, I don't force it out like some men do because they think it's funny in some way. I'm proud of my squidgy belly as it held my 3 kids. Something men can't say regarding their big fat pot bellied beer guts

I for one am still going to meet up with someone for an afternoon ?. I've isolated for 3 weeks at my families home after traveling from Spain. My grandkids have to go to school, my daughter and her partner still have to go to work. So, yes, I will be vigilante but I will meet up with this person and why not if we keep our distance. I think it's all getting out of hand now and a lot of scaremongering going on. A couple (where my daughter works ) are now not able to visit each other even though they live together 4 days per week but still have their own homes. Some people still want their own space. Stupid and pathetic. Let's see if Cummins breaks the rules again

My experience of wearing a mask. In Spain you have to wear a mask when just walking down a street, even though there's no one near you. I was flying back to the Uk 3 weeks ago. Had to wear a mask outside Alicante Airport unless I was sat outside a cafe /bar. I flew with Ryanair. Not my favorite airline but needs must. The best short haul flight ever. Only a third capacity on the flight. No one sat in my row and the 2 rows in front of me were empty also. Had to wear your mask but I just slept for the 2 and a half hours flight. Mask still on in Manchester Airport but once I got outside I could take it off and breathe again. I could be exempt from wearing one but it's protection for me. I quite enjoy these novelty masks kudos to Ryanair, I will definitely fly with them again. Finished my 2 weeks of isolation, so I'm now on the prowl.
Filled in the health form but no one asked to see it. My friend flew back to the Uk last Friday and on the Saturday she got a phone call saying that someone could call round at her home at any time, any day to check if she is adhering to the 14 days isolation period.

I've done my sentence so I'm out shopping at the weekend, adhering to the rules tnough

I only use the 24hr lipstick to protect my lips from the sun as they blister easily. Now I'm living back in the UK, I'm still having to wear it as the weather has been lovely for the past 3 weeks, give or take a couple of days of rain. Sitting out in my daughter's garden with proper English flowers. It's like heaven

My friend is elderly and she has her prescriptions but getting stuck in Spain on the lock down she had to pay privately . Luckily you can buy a lot of meds over the counter but she ran out of some of her meds that you can't . I'm not arguing the fact. I'm saying it as it is lol.....

All I can say is that I and others have received letters from the UK Government stating that health care will remain the same up until 31st December 2020. As for my friend from Southern Ireland. She hasn't become a Residente of Spain and that makes a big difference.....

Sorry for butting in. Elderly British Citizens living in other EU Countries are entitled to free health care just like they are in the Uk. The UK pays for it just the same as if the Citizens where still living in the Uk. After Brexit on 31st December 2020 the UK government will no longer fund the elderly people living abroad, re health service even though these elderly people have worked all their lives and payed into the NHS. That's the reason why many elderly people will go back to the UK. Why should they have to pay for private medical when they get it for free in the Uk.

A friend of mine from Southern Ireland who's been living in Spain for over 9 months has paid out mega euros to get her medication. It's far too difficult to explain it all.

That's the Uk government's problem re housing for the elderly as many elderly people are on life threatening medication, and as British Citizens, if and when they move back they cannot be refused their medication and can just go to any hospital and take up a bed. Yes, it will be horrendous, not just for the Uk government, but for the elderly ex pats being forced to move back to the UK. I know a lot more but it's not for this site.......

All of Spain will be hit with Brits wanting or being forced to move back to the UK. It will be mostly elderly people. I agree with Brexit on some points but when the UK government will be taking away the health care if you live abroad and these elderly people have worked all their lives and payed into the NHS system for 40 years and over. Can you blame them? When it will all be free when they move back to the Uk. It's disgusting how elderly Brits are being treated. ....

I know. I should have learned my lesson before I'll be ok once I get back to the Uk. This bloody C19 isn't helping. Having to fill out a form online to go back to my own Country and you can only submit it 48hrs before you fly. It's a bloody nightmare but then again people wouldn't know unless they have had to do it. I'm feeling quite emotional now. Having to leave the Country that I've lived in for the past 15yrs but going back home. Difficult, but once I get back home, I'll be ok...........I just keep listening to this :grin

You should get a grip on what you're posting here in the forums. Maybe you should even try and get a "grip" by typing in English? I understand that many people have dyslexia. I'm not going there. I miss type many words. I'm guilty of that but you definitely know the difference Tom. Even people that have dyslexia problems would ask some one to help them out. I'm not an "Idiot" Tom so please don't treat me as such

I've still got to fly back with Ryanair as other airlines won't fly to certain Countries. Hat's off to Ryanair. At least they're still flying and not sponging off the Uk Government. Tommy, the Uk has NOT left the EU totally. Please read up. The Uk is still in the EU whilst talks are still going on. This will end with a deal or no deal on 31st December 2020. Have you received at letter from the Government? Why do you think that you know it all? when clearly you don't. This is a transition period so the Uk is still in the EU.
