RE: Men haters

Poor self esteem leads people to believe that they deserve to be treated in such a way.
The same can be said of women who throw themselves at the bad boys who treat them like crap.
They make those choices because, on a subconscious leve, they believe that they deserve it.

RE: Who has it worse, men or women?

Women seem to have a worse time of it.

RE: friends, today with sad i reported someone for personal reasons and i send a personal messege to the

Why?
Impossible for anyone to comment without details, though my first reaction is to ask why you went running to the administrator (like a schoolboy snitch whining to the teacher) rather than man up and take care of it yourself.

RE: can i find my true love, that ill stay with her for ever from this site?

I agree.
As Forest Gump said: "Life is like a box of chocolates."

RE: Friends with benefits?

The Irish logic again. doh

RE: Whitney Houston Dead

Karen Carpenter was a sad case, but it was ultimately her choice to not eat.
Karen had been in the ground for a couple of weeks before I knew she was dead. I was in the field with the army at the time. No Entertainment Tonight in the shell scrape. laugh

RE: Friends with benefits?

How about this.
FWB is a good idea in theory, but women in general seem to be emotionally unable to cope with it and become attached, even if it was the woman who initiated the arrangement and laid down the law to the man that there must be no hint of romantic interest.

RE: Friends with benefits?

Arrrgh doh
The Irish mind at its best. My grandmother was the same.
Go back through the posts and you will see.

RE: Whitney Houston Dead

Pollyanna.
Okay, let's all tell lies to each other and censor reality because the truth might upset someone.
She killed herself, one line of cocaine and snort of liquor at a time. Her choice.

RE: Friends with benefits?

No need to hide, 2intrigued.
Nothing wrong with self defence. I said that I hit back. I have never in my life been the first to hit someone, male or female.
Some women seem to think that being born female gives them a free pass to use men as punching bags. I do not share that view. If a woman hits a man, she is declaring herself to be on an equal footing, so has no right to complain about what follows after she initiated the violence.

RE: Whitney Houston Dead

Hot and humid, no trace of cocaine or other recreational drugs.

RE: Whitney Houston Dead

Because someone is dead does not change reality.
If someone was a fool who pissed their life away with drugs before they died, the act of dying does not change that reality.
Respect is earned. Snorting a few million dollars of cocaine up one's nose and having a direct line to the Jack Daniels distillery does not entitle someone to respect.

RE: Whitney Houston Dead

Do you dispute the truth of my statement?

RE: Friends with benefits?

What threat?
Sounds like another member of the sisterhood who demands equal rights (which is feminist code for superior rights) but is quick to play the 'poor helpless little woman' card when it suits her.

RE: Friends with benefits?

I would call it a frank and honest assessment of the aspects of herself that she has revealed.
When a woman hits me I hit back, whether it be verbally or physically. No more free passes. No more white knights.

RE: Whitney Houston Dead

Why the tears and flowers?
She had it all in front of her. Money and a lifestyle that we mere mortals could only dream of, but she pissed it away.
Her decision. Her choice.

RE: Friends with benefits?

Pretty mild compared with what she has had to say about me in other threads.

RE: Do u beleive in God Justice in earth?

Which god?
I do not think that any of the gods take much of an interest in the affairs of men and women, hence the crap that goes on in the world.
That is if any of the gods exist, of course. laugh

RE: Is it ok for a 26 yo fella to date a 19 yo girl

Yes, of course it is.
Why would anyone think that there is a problem?

RE: Why nice men are difficult to find?

I take your point, but have to say . . .
'Some'? Try every single one with whom I have been more than 'just friends'. doh
There may be good women out there. I am reasonably certain that my late mother was one.
Such women are, however, doing a damned good job of avoiding contact. laugh

RE: Wo will you cuddle up with on valentines night?

My cat.
If I had someone with whom to cuddle I would not be on this site, would I? doh

RE: Macedonia and Cyprus are Greek!

That is the lesson of history . . . and it is the order of nature. The strong shall prevail.

RE: which is the best car(beautiful, comfortable, enginear, safety, technology, etc)?

All the cars on the list are well engineered and well made.
What also matters is for what purpose is the vehicle required? The application determines the nature of the vehicle required.
For example, in my case I require an SUV because I live in an semi-rural area that has roads of questionable quality that are also subject to flooding several times each year.
Those who live in more urban areas would have no need of such a vehicle.

RE: The ALTERNATIVE FREE DEBATE thread about the QUEEN,,

According to what I have read, Prince Philip is a Mountbatten, which makes Charles, William and Harry holders of the name Mountbatten-Windsor.

RE: The ALTERNATIVE FREE DEBATE thread about the QUEEN,,

Von Battenberg became Mountbatten in 1914.

RE: The ALTERNATIVE FREE DEBATE thread about the QUEEN,,

Which house is, according to what I have read, a branch of the Habsburgs.

RE: Macedonia and Cyprus are Greek!

I thought that Serbs were Russian Orthodox, rather than Greek Orthodox. Is that incorrect?

RE: The ALTERNATIVE FREE DEBATE thread about the QUEEN,,

Tudor forebear? Pfffft! very mad
Elizabeth is a Hanover/Habsburg whose real family name is Von Battenburg.
There has not been a true British monarch since the Stewarts.

RE: Macedonia and Cyprus are Greek!

Good question, though I suspect that he was referring to the Macedonia from which Philip of Macedon came. Philip and his son, Alexander, rather took the view that Greece was Macedonian, rather than Macedonia being Greek.
I have to agree with the Greeks that Cyprus is rightfully Greek, though history shows that any piece of ground belongs to he who is strong enough to take it and hold it . . . but only for as long as he is strong enough to hold it.
Sadly for the Greeks, they are not in a position to mount a war to reclaim the whole of Cyprus.

RE: Swiss cheese desease.

The word is disease. doh
