I do not think so, but, to quote a line made famous by Jack Nicholson in the movie A Few Good Men: "You can't handle the truth." There seem to be plenty of women who are offended by the truth when it intrudes upon the fuzzy pink bubble that they have constructed as their perception of the world.
It happens for a few reasons. One is that in the New Testament there is a directive to Christians that they must go forth and convert the world. Another is that misery enjoys company. Their religion is based on guilt and self denial. Finally, there is a verse in the New Testament which tells Christlings that they should not marry anyone who is not also a Christling. Of course, Americans would be clueless about the way that the Israelis have always treated the Palestinians because the US media is almost 100% Jewish owned. Rob, on this occasion you and I are pretty much in accord. I watched my father die suffocating slowly as asbestos from the lagging on steam pipes in the navy ships turned his lungs into scar tissue. It took him about six years to die after the onset of the first symptoms. All that he wanted was his medical expenses covered. What did the government of the day do? They fought tooth and nail until two weeks before he died, then in their generosity they agreed to provide him with cylinders of oxygen and a machine called an oxygen concentrator. They delivered this stuff a couple of days before my father died.
Oh yes, I forgot to mention evangelical Christians and the Catholic clergy. As soon as someone makes a point of letting me know about their close personal relationship with Jebus I grab my wallet with both hands and keep them away from my woman. It did not work in Vietnam because the Americans were not allowed to fight to win. The strategy of clearing out all friendlies and then shooting everything that moved was use by the British in Malaya and it worked. It was the only place in Indochina that communism was defeated in the field. I suspect that you have not served in an army, or studied history. Everything I suggested has already been done by: 1. The Romans. 2. The British. 3. The Germans. 4. The Americans. What is sick is the way that the Taliban fight. They are cowards. They are without honour. The criticism that I have of the Americans is that the US military is not being allowed to fight to win, so the war drags on and US and other coalition casualties mount unnecessarily. As a former Australian soldier, I have the same criticism of the pathetic limp-wristed social-liberal approach forced upon our army by the traitors in the parliament here. The war in Afghanistan could be won in a few months by actually fighting to win by obeying the first and most simple principle of war: KILL THE ENEMY. Hunt them down and kill them. I ask myself, what would my mother's relatives in Einsatzgruppen have done. The strategy would be simple. 1. Deny the Taliban access to money by burning the opium crops. Kill anyone who resists. 2. No prisoners, unless Intelligence Corps has asked for one. That is SOP for Australians. We do not take prisoners unless ordered to do so. 3. All bullets are to be dipped in pig blood and all explosive ordinance is to contain a quantity (however small) of freeze-dried pig blood. No 72 virgins for any Muslim killed by those. 4. I would not just piss on dead Taliban, I would bury them covered in pig blood and entrails. No 72 virgins for them. 5. It is not possible for the Taliban to plant roadside bombs at the approaches to a village without the inhabitants of that village knowing about it. They are, therefore, just as guilty as the Taliban. Treat such a village as hostile. Again, ask yourself what Einsatzgruppen would have done. 6. The Taliban hide in mountain caves. Deny them the use of those caves. Clear all friendlies from a grid square, then sweep the grid and kill everything that moves on two legs. Use flamethrowers to clear the mouths of the caves, then pump them full of heavier-than-air poison gas that will linger for years. 7. Never let the Taliban rest. No rest, no peace, no quarter. Find them, deny them resources and support, kill them at every opportunity. 8. When Taliban have been identified, round up their families. This can be used to make the price of terrorism unacceptable for the Taliban. They kill one of ours, we shoot 10 of theirs and throw their bodies in a pit with pig entrails.
Busy at work, busy training at the dojo, busy looking after my two sons. In short, no time and no social contact. Does not help that I have never been good at meeting and developing relationships with women. I am popular with the mothers of the juniors at the dojo, but they are married. Probably does not help that I have been described as the love child of the fictional television show characters House and Bones, in terms of how I relate to other people. As for this site, I have yet to get a response from any of the females I have approached, which is about the same result as I get in the real world. At least in the real world there are not fake profiles with which to deal. Funny thing, I can approach a female and usually get a big 'yes' when I ask her if she would like to get her clothes off for a magazine, or a movie , but when I ask a woman to coffee or lunch they look at me as though I am from another planet. In some ways I am past caring.
It is not much of a leap of faith for some of us to picture Prince Philip as a shape-shifting reptilian alien lizard. It would fit with his personality.
