I didn't see it as it was on too late but it seems to have been a decent match.

Chelsea fans are so deluded.

Jose wanted the United job and Chelsea wanted Pep Guardiola. Neither got what they wanted so settled for what they could get. Anyone in a bad relationship will tell you that's not a good recipe for success.

Can't I'm afraid. He is an idiot and I'm sick on him. I have every sympathy for people who are out of work and I think the state should do all it can to help them socially and financially.

But wasters like him are what is wrong with this country. Out in the sun all day yesterday, pissing away his dole, living with his Mammy, state has to look after his kid(s), telling all that will listen he has a great tan.

He needs wake up call. People like him should be made retrain or do something other than piss away our taxes. He is a waster! Pure and simple.

There is this myth that Germany is carrying the EU on its back when in reality it is the other way round. The German tax payer did not have to pay a penny to German banks that had bad loans with insolvent banks. And the Euro keeps German exports flying out of the country because its value is so low as the smaller countries in Europe keep the value low.

If they had to go back to the deutschmark their exports would stop overnight. At the moment one country is reaping the rewards from the EU and that is Germany. The rest are just taking pain.

Yes it does. The German banks loaned money to insolvent banks. But they got their money back from the IRISH TAXPAYER...The German people gave nothing to their banks. Thats a fact.

I blame all banks. I blame the ECB, German banks, Irish banks, French Banks....I blame them all. But what country had to bail out its banks? Not Germany even though their banks were as wreckless as every other country.

That was not fair. The pain should have been shared among all member states as it was the banks of all member states were involved and the regulator or all member states sleeping.

But there is this myth in Germany that they are not to blame for any of this crises and they should not have to pay for anything.

Ireland bailed out Europe! The Irish Tax payer took on bank debt owed to German and French banks. If we had not done that the EU would have collapsed and the German tax payer would have had to bail out their banks.

So the Germans/ECB/EU loaned us money to give to their banks so their tax payers would not have to pay.....and then we have to pay the same amount again back with interest to said ECB/EU/Germany.


The Germans bailed out nobody.

4th Reich is a bit strong. But they are being very stubborn. If they just thought of Europe as a whole like the EU members are supposed to this problem would have been solved years ago.

But you're missing the point. There are certain countries taking all the pain to keep the EU and ECB happy. The ECB sent the Irish gov a letter telling them NOT to let any bank fail. This letter the ECB are now trying to stop the Irish gov publishing with legal action.

The ECB knew if Irish banks failed there would be a knock on effect all over Europe and German and French banks would have collapsed. So the Irish Gov was blackmailed into taking a debt onto the Irish tax payer so German/ French Banks would not take a loss.

Now if we did not bail out those banks the German people would have been hit hard bailing out their banks. Thats a fact. But Germany still refuses to allow the new bank fund set up to be used to refund the Irish people for money they pumped into bank debt. They refuse to take any blame or any part of a burden that all of Europe was involved in but Ireland was left pay for.

I know that is what banks do. But because they are private companies when one bank cant pay another back that is just business. They need to take the loss. But this did not happen. The ECB made the Irish government take on the debt so German and French banks did not take a loss. So basically the Irish tax payer bailed out German banks when in reality they should have taken a loss for loaning money to an insolvent company.



I never said all Germans were rich. I said Germans need to get real. If it was not for the Irish bailing out the banks that owed billions to German banks then the German banking system would have been in trouble and the German Tax payer would have had to bail their banks out.

You obviously dont know much about finance if you think 100% mortgages were the problem. The problem was cheap credit rolling from the ECB to German banks, then to smaller counties banks. The German banks were as wreck-less with their loans to other banks. The ECB in a letter forced the Irish to take all the debts so German and French banks would be safe. If we did not take that PRIVATE debt German banks would have fallen like domino's. That's what you fail to comprehend.

And now all the German people can do is bleat how they did nothing wrong and they are not bailing Europe out....well Ireland has already bailed Europe out! If we did not guarantee our banks debts the fallout all over Europe including Germany and France would have been huge!

M50 Toll - 6.50 Euro!

Yesterday was Wednesday. It was his dole day. He was more pissed than usual. The man is an idiot, waster with the IQ of a chimp. Don't bother wasting time on trying to reason with him.

Rome is hugely expensive. I have only been once and could not believe the price of things. Even more expensive than Paris and that is saying something! The south of France can be very cheap if you find a nice little town to stay in. Bottles of wine for 90 cent and a freshly baked French roll for 40 cent. Thats your drunken lunch for 1.30 Euro.

Then a snooze in the sun.

Depends were you travel in Europe. Eastern Europe is still very cheap to travel around. Places like Paris, London, Barcelona, Madrid, Berlin are expensive just like New York, Miami and LA are expensive.

I lived in San Fran in the late 90's early 2000's and it was far more expensive to live there than Europe at the time. Still loved my time there though.

I would love Ireland to leave the EU. It has caused all our financial woes. When the banking crises start spreading from the US the ECB told the Irish Government in a letter NOT to let any bank fail. Si like sheep the Irish government guaranteed all these private debts to German and French banks. And then the German and the French loaned our government the money to pay back THEIR banks and we also had to pay back the same amount with interest to the IMF/ECB(Germany and France).

If Ireland had let Anglo Irish bank fail banks in Europe would have fell like domino's but we stopped that by lumping all that debt on the Irish Tax payer. And what thanks did we get from Germany or France or any other EU country. None....Just a little extra time to pay back a debt that was never ours to their stupid banks that loaned to an insolvent company.

Makes me so mad.

There are EU laws that all countries must abide by if they use the currency or not. A lot of the Conservative party in the UK dont like this ans feel they are losing votes to the UK Independence party (UKIP) that are pushing for leaving the EU. Thats basically it in a nutshell.

I'd say Germany will be delighted. More power for them and the French. The only country getting anything from the EU at the moment is Germany. They are keeping the currency(Euro) at a low level by shafting the Southern Euro countries so their exports are flying!

M50 Toll - 6.50 Euro!

13 quid a day to use any road is crazy. That's 65 a week! And I also use them at weekends while visiting the folks and friends. It would be about 5k a year on tolls! Come on that is just wrong!

Nat saying they need to force god down the kids throat Fi. Just saying they dont need to hit kids with the big questions that young. God explains so much away that its an easy choice. Obviously when they get older they will cop all the holes in religion.

Its just I wouldn't want them being teased for saying certain things by other kids who believe other things. I wouldn't want them not having their communion day when all their mates are having theirs. Same with Santa. Its nothing to do with religion, just tradition now really.

But obviously every parent knows and has the right to bring up their kids as they see fit cause at the end of the day we all only want what's best for them.

They are thinking of putting the toll on the M50 end to end up to 6.50. That is just wrong. That's 13 quid a day for anyone travelling from Bray area to the Northside!

That is 65 quid a week to drive in and out of work. People will just stop using it and the traffic in town will just get worse! What idiots in power even think up these ridiculous ideas!
