They also need to bring back means tests for people buying homes...its all to easy now to buy and too many then loose their homes because their budget is stretched to breaking point

reminds me when my daughter went to private school...I used to drop her off and pick her up in my 20 year old toyota corolla with its battle scars and rust spots....my darling daughter said one day "mum cant you just drop me off outside of school up the road a little"...seems I looked a little out of place among the mercs and BMW...

I often wonder about todays society.....have we created a bunch of non handlers???

My parents put me through school with no government assistence and I mananged to do the same thing with my children. I was far from rich but some how we managed.

It does seem unfair that we pay taxes to help raise other peoples kids

Yes the thread has upset a lot of people...and so it should....

The forums apart from being a fun way to pass the hours should also be a lesson to all of us. So many fragile hurting people trying to rebuild their lives...fighting their own demons...all for that crazy thing called love.

This thread has been played out in the forums before over the years..only the names have changed..

I feel sad for all those involved here..it takes courage to try to find a significant other...and things like this makes it all the harder...

it was only George Youngs younger brothers Angus and Malcom that were in AC/DC...Harry Vanda and George Young wrote a lot of their early songs and produced their albums....

I used to see the easy beats in Adelaide and Melbourne...still remember a song called "In my book"..a slow ballad...Stevie wright used to turn his back and poke himself in his eyes which produced tears.....made the song even more appealing haahahahahah
