You are right on Statism. It's where the state gets to boss us about and steal our money by using the threat of violence or imprisonment. Democracy, of any kind, is just the way we select the members of the State gang.
If you think you can elect 'good people' to the State jobs and they will somehow turn it from a criminal conspiracy into a benign organisation that will help us then try starting with something smaller. How about joining some of the criminal gangs and turning them into charities? A criminal gang is a criminal gang and will never change.
