Sounding more like a troubled young adult with schizophrenia and many missed opportunities to give him structure, discipline or medical intervention. He probably would not have done what he did if he had a job.
Well u can eat an apple sprayed with pesticides which will have no worms or eat an apple with a possible worm. I just cut out the worm part and cook the apple pieces.
