It is funny how the cost of sweet corn in the big box stores are so much more expensive than the roadside sweet corn peddler. It seems like the economics of scale seems to fail.
It is a shame when farmers go for the qick easy profits. Now Monsanto owns the seed and the framers have to buy from Monsanto verses trying to save and use their own seed.
You are correct as stated. Everything in moderation. I wish I had more time to juice my foods for consumption but generally it is speed of prep and eating that is important for me as I is always on the go.
