The book is commonly regarded as a children's book, though it, in fact, has many political inferences. There is also thought to be many elements of inspiration for the book resulting from the taking of hallucingenic drugs commonly used at that time. Other books such as "Alice in Wonderland" are also believed to stem from the author's "less lucid" moments....
Hope everyone had a good time and a safe trip home......
Can those that attended please send me what pics they want posting. Mine may take a little longer as I cannot download them directly onto my PC, I have to use someone else's, so....
Somehow I think he'll forgive you, bud!! We need your injection on these Forums, love.... truly!! Don't disappoint, eh? You still have yer fans, ya know.... and I bet you're not the least bit surprised to see me STILL here, eh??!!

It was fab.... you should've been there, mate!! Such a shame you couldn't make it. And the weather was glorious ALL week.... I was thrilled about that as I wanted it to be just the best trip for everyone, of course.
Please say your coming to Rome? Don't make me come over there now......
Scottishlass.... that was so beautifully put. And, no doubt, there are many things most of us miss about our youth but, that said, I DO believe there is more substance to me, personally, than there ever has been.....
If there wasn't..... surely, I'm doing something wrong?
By all means..... you would always be welcome, you know that!! I must warn you that it will probably always be empty though..... I never have wine long enough to make it to a wine rack.....
Ohhhh Ship!!! People say "no" (or even "yes") to many, many things and there is always the potential for folk changing their mind along the way. Nothing wrong with that at all, we can only make a decision based on the information we have at our disposal at THAT time.....
If you are steadfast, reiterate that, but..... never say "never", love. Life is only as colourful as it is because people DO change their minds and are not always rigid, eh?
Gosh, peeps.... the travelling??!! But well worth it. The weather was glorious the whole time, food great, hotel good, and..... I got to chill.... most important!! Batteries re-charged now..... raring to go!!
Mind you, if only I could've brought Enzo back with me??!! Mamma Mia...!!!
