No, if one is in a committed relationship of any kind, its truly cruel. At least have the decency to end one relationship before embarking upon a liaison with someone else...??!!
I am a one-man woman, if he's special enough to be with, he's special enough to remain faithfuly to, surely??!!
I can't pick just one, too many to choose from. Though, I do love "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face" by Roberta Flack and especially "Beautiful" by Gordon Lightfoot (which an ex-boyfriend dedicated to me)... it truly IS a beautiful song!!
I'll think you'll find to post your own name would be fine. Its the names of others that the rules state should not be used, though the inference is, from my experience and observations, that if used in a demeaning or disparaging way, causing embarrassment let's say. I am sure anything complimentary/praiseworthy would be acceptable? That said, thread titles must not contain the profile name of others....
If unsure, perhaps consult the person concerned as to whether they would mind? Still needs to be a favourable mention, though, otherwise it could be removed, yes.
The traffic at this hour is so thick that he's afraid he might be late Her flight arrives at seven ten and he remembers how she hates to wait And he remembers losing her and begging her to give him time to change Now his mind is numb 'cos the time has come, his final chance is coming in on that plane She fastens up her seat belt and nervously she finishes her drink An all-night flight from LA can give a woman too much time to think And she hopes that he'll be different but she knows deep in her heart he'll be the same And she wonders if the stewardess would be kind enough to let her stay on that 'plane That 'plane, settling in to the heavy city haze Where she remembers guilty nights and baby please forgive me days That 'plane, screaming as loud as the pain that they both feel As she slowly unfastens her belt and he clutches the wheel He's one mile from the airport, damn traffic's backed up all along the lane She waits five minutes takes a breath, turns around and gets back on that 'plane She'll ride it through to Denver, she's got friends there, they could spend a little time 'Cause she knew he'd never be there, and he knows she never was the waiting kind That 'plane, rising up into the heavy city haze Where she remembers guilty nights and baby please forgive me days That 'plane, screaming as loud as the pain they both feel As she slowly fastens her belt and he clutches the wheel........
Tater is correct. They have probably switched their view settings to off. AND... don't forget, its a PUBLIC site. Anyone, anywhere can view, search and look at the Forums whilst not even logged on or even being a member.
Of course, one can't establish trust within a short time, no!!
I have made many friends here and keep in touch off-site. I adore them all...
Trust? Probably a couple of them I would truly trust.... and I commend them for it. A truly refreshing and steadfast quality that I place a lot of importance on and try to adhere to myself.
I am very well, love.... always a delight to see you, you are one of the "ole timers" if you like.... (not age, of course, one of the ole crew, let's say)...
Just about all of them (save one or two.... and me!!) are gone!!
