I have had pretty much my dream jobs.....

One was organising international offshore powerboat racing events, the other working for an emminent architect. I would go back to either in a heartbeat!!

Yes, I could've achieved a lot more in life, Dan. My nature is to take risks and throw caution to the wind but my circumstances have dictated that I "play safe", probably more than I should've. Perhaps fear of the unknown? I do think we need to grasp the nettle at times.....

RE: In just a few hours will get my catarac fixed. Have not slept the whole night...........

My mother has just had hers done and she is thrilled. She was worried, of course, but she found there was nothing to it. Its pretty much a routine operation nowadays, love.

I hope that has reassured you if just a little? There's not much more important than your eyesight, better to have it done than not.
