It's difficult to recognise a true scammer, but I'm not prepared to give a fake "god fearing" profiler the benefit of the doubt.

Just my view on it.

"God fearing" is more than likely the number one most used expression in female and male dating profile scammers

I mean, why should we fear God, for starters?

Not always, but that expression coupled with other tell-tale signs is an indicator that the profiler is a scammer/fake.

That's you and his choice but I can understand if his girlfriend isn't happy if you're phoning each other every day.

I ignore religion when I meet people. It's more how they treat others which matters.

My ex and I are friends but chose not to continue contact in order to move on.

The father of my children: I'm not ready to play nice and never will be for a very good reason.

An ex is an ex and unless you have children together, it's an emotional tie to hold on to each other. I choose to let go.

Oh, scuse me....in the case of our children....perhaps...when we pander to them too much is an example. Best to expose them to all sorts of life situations and guide them to handling it.

Don't smother them or wrap them up in cotton wool.

The post re sympathy or pity was just putting it out there to anyone else.

I'm not strong at the moment. I had an ex-lover contact me recently. He was coming over to NZ and would I be interested in an intimate encounter? Like wtf?

An old friend contacted me a couple of days ago....telling me how much I arouse him. Ok. I told him about my daughter being unwell, being upfront. He replied "Nite"....haven't heard from him since.

My job is to be a reasonable sort of mother to my children.

It would've been nice to have shared the journey with someone, but it's not happening.

I think the worst things about sites like this is the deceit, insincerity, dishonesty that become apparent.
