Thank you for your kind thoughts Cc.....I'll see if I can get a pic of us together this weekend(depending on how she is) and upload here. I get a lot of people asking after her and she knows I have made friends on this site. I'm sure she wouldn't mind having her pic on here for a couple of days.
Not wonderful. She's in a home for the disabled at the mo, undertaking intensive physiotherapy. Very difficult for her and extremely painful. Trying to stay positive.
Yep, I carry my water bottle around with me at all times. I swear by it. I carry bottle in a thermal zip up, so, I guess people wonder what I'm knocking back when I'm driving....
The lady you insulted happens to have a heart of gold....one of the loveliest people on here.
Fake profilers seem to be running amok on this site at the moment, and I doubt your authenticity. You had me almost fooled.
If you are who you say you are, and before you go making random vicious personal attacks about them on the forums, take the time to get to know them first. You may be pleasantly surprised.
As KN mentioned don't go if he makes you feel uncomfortable, but if it's just you feeling nervous.....then I think you should meet.
Just go with the flow. Meet in a public place.....a cafe....just a coffee. You don't want to be stuck there too long over a meal if you don't "click"....he'll probably be as nervous as you anyway. Just keep that in mind too.....you may even both laugh about it....to break the ice.
Yanno....that little "patting head" emote really gets up my nose...it's so damn patronising and condescending....it's a "there, there...never mind" emote.
