Its a part of life and quite normal. Annoying as it is, you have to accept it and realize that the parents are probably feeling lower than you can imagine for letting their kids cause such a disturbance.

Its gonna be nice to not be regarded as criminals according to the rule of law. How many good people have had a simple possession charge that went on to ruin their careers and lives. Drug testing, the worst idea ever brought into the work force, it just turned a generation of pot heads into hard core crack heads, at least now future workers won't have to give up pot. Think of those who had a puff of a joint two weekends before, get tagged on the drug test, job gone and possibly never allowed on the premises for life.
