Well... paddling kayak is better then: there are less motorboats in winter and the worse the weather the more solitude. There is only me and a few seals in the fjord, when it's raining snow :D
Nonetheless, my experience is as lots of people are aching for embracing some or other cult. This year it happened to be lock-down and face mask cult. And conspiracy!
Food doesn't count, as you have to eat no matter what week day it is.
Though I remember a footage (on FB or TV) about people in USA storming Walmart. Now every black Friday I think of that picture. And make my purchases online :)
