Well... it's good, from a certain point of view - like getting outside of your own informational bubble - to read the "discharge" at least diagonally. Just to acquaint yourself with a different dimension.
I am totally in doubt that USA ever did something that it thought wouldn't bring it income tenfold.
USA, through their political system that guarantees a number of certain freedoms - that a lot of other countries don't (needless to say) - attract human capital from all around the world. Called "Brain drain".
It is the propulsion of the progress and it is not your personal achievement. (I think you've averted a brain or two with your personal aesthetic choice, that I wish you to maintain.)
Nonetheless, I personally think that the second Trump term will be good for EU. The EU needs to understand that USA is not a reliable partner. It is totally huge and powerful, no doubt. But what is the point in it, if you can't rely upon it in the times of need. EU has to understand, that it is alone and can count only on themselves.
Day 19: Navalny is found in "Polar wolf". Well... still alive.
A fun fact: to kill a certain person, like poisoning him or here with Novichok, there needs to be an order from Putin. Now I wonder whether there's a reversal of this order or is it still active. What's your informed opinion?
Not sure, I've understood what you've asking, but it looks like that Sweden will join NATO within soon. Nothing I can feel to be glad about, but there's no other option as long as putler is alive.
By the way, and I don't know the name in either Russian or Civilizatese, but they discovered that Switzerland has delivered heavy machinery for precision-making-somethimg used in armor manufacture in 2023.
A fun fact: the Russian invasion in Ukraine started in 24 feb 2022. And in 2023, more than a year after, our most beautiful Switzerland sends to Russia heavy machinery for weapon manufacturing. The machinery that you cannot buy anywhere else. The machinery that have tracking chips.
Well... I seldom forget. But it happens that I forgive. And it's a relief, when you still remember the damage done, but the memory doesn't hurt. The sense of freedom :)
By the way, if I forgot, then the thing doesn't matter anymore. Again: the sense of freedom :)
Well... I don't know what world you exist in, in my - a large part of Ukraine was bombed. Its infrastructure was destroyed. Ca 12 ml people (of 44 ml) had to emigrate. After 600 days of "hot" stage of war the parity in artillery shots was reached. (Until that Russia spent 60000 art shots to 5000 Ukr - quite a "level playing field")
Anyway, my understanding is: you are not interested in the biggest war in Europe in the 21:st century. Perhaps, you are not European, so why would you. You are interested in Hamas killing Jews. And the Jews don't want to be killed. They want to live and keep their state. I totally support that sentiment.
RE: Ignore or controverse?
Well... it's good, from a certain point of view - like getting outside of your own informational bubble - to read the "discharge" at least diagonally. Just to acquaint yourself with a different dimension. To answer though? Brrrrrr :)
