Monday 28th April 2008 Microsoft denies blame for half million hacks 11:41AM, Monday 28th April 2008 Microsoft has denied any blame for a rash of web server attacks that have affected half a million web pages.
Speaking on The Microsoft Security blog, the company moved swiftly to refute suggestions that vulnerabilities in its SQL Server software were being exploited in the attacks.
"Microsoft's investigation
ADVERTISEMENT has shown that there are no new or unknown vulnerabilities being exploited," says Bill Sisk, of the Microsoft Security Response Center.
"This wave is not a result of a vulnerability in Internet Information Services or Microsoft SQL Server. The attacks are facilitated by SQL injection exploits and are not issues related to IIS 6.0, ASP, ASP.Net or Microsoft SQL technologies."
Sisk goes on to point users in the direction of its advisory on how to avoid such attacks in the future.
The attacks have so far affected around half a million pages, causing them to spread malware when visited. So far, UN and Government sites have been hit by the attacks. Stuart Turton
I absolutely agree.Which is why i dont think religion should be mentioned in any legislation or any matter regarding government.

Well if its me or some fat smelly politician or politicians wife or anyone who utters "don't you know who i am" their survival chances would just about hit zero, out of pure principle.
If its me or a couple of small children i would be the one to put them on the aircraft and if anyone tried to prevent it it would frankly be my responsibility to put two rounds in their chest and one in their head to safeguard the helicoper and its crew.

What has probably not been shown on the TV was a gun camera tape from an apache helicopter where you can see a group of people in a field.
The base comms people and you can hear the audio absoluely hear every word.I'll paraphrase pilot asks for permission to engage, and there people are walking around in a field with no weapons laying pipes, well theres a tractor and you can see theres pipes in the back, for irrigation i would assume.
The guy in the radio doesnt say well send someone out to look, nope he says "waste them and the vehicles too" Thereapon the first guy while waying at the helicopter is oblitterated by the cannon.
