A man needs a maid

All these offers from far away.

A man needs a maid

Well if you didnt live so far away,

maybe we could do a deal here.laugh

A man needs a maid

Just spent all day cleaning my house.

I've decided, a man needs a maid.
Just someone to do his housework
and go away.

As Neil Young once said.

RE: Question for pretty, young, women w/o kids

Your right Alison, but i did say "in the main"
I guess if someone is beaten into a corner,
you expect some retaliation.

Was going to visit Trish today, take the dogs
for a walk, but owing to the weather, turned
into a chores round the house Sunday.

Oh well, i can open the door to visitors now.

RE: Question for pretty, young, women w/o kids

I find it rather disapointing that someone
who quite obviously has 'mistakingly' posted
what appears to be an extension of his profile
should be torn apart in this way.
He realised straight away the forums were not
what he had thought. He took the flak and in
the main replied in a civil and courteous manner.
His requirements may seem a bit out of the norm,
but thats his business.
I for one hope he is not put off posting on here
in the future, despite his baptism of fire.

Just in case he is still on here.

Welcome to cs and i hope you have fun.

RE: Are you still searching for the world you can fit in?How old are you?

The litany arising from the gap between
hope and experience is endless.
Whether to suffer it stoically,
react heroically,
or whine about one's condition seems
an onerous yet unanvoidable choice.

RE: Are you still searching for the world you can fit in?How old are you?

That is a mighty burden to place on another.

Who does not long to arrive some day at that
sunlit meadow where, untroubled, we may rest
easy, abide a while and be happy?
There is no sunlit meadow, no restful bower of
easy sleep; there are rather swamplands of the
soul where nature, our nature, intends that we
live a good part of the journey, and from whence
many of the most meaningful moments of our
lives will derive.
It is in the swamplands where soul is fashioned
and forged, where we encounter not only the
gravitas of life, but its purpose, its dignity and
its deepest meaning.

Swamplands of The Soul

RE: when was the last time you fought?with your hands of course!

About three years ago.

RE: when was the last time you fought?with your hands of course!

Try growing up in inner city Manchester.
Very much blurred memories now, but
for me, fist fights were a way of life.

It also taught me how to run like hell.

RE: Is it a sign of weakness when a man cries?

Man is the only animal that laughs and weeps.

for he is the only animal that is struck with the

difference between what things are,

and what they ought to be.

RE: My Mother

My thoughts are with you at this difficult time Robert.

Whilst they were asleep
they did not realise
they were dreaming.

But when they awoke
they knew.

Someday will come a
great awakening,
when we will know
this life was like
a dream.

These words gave me comfort
when my Mother passed away.

Andorra is a real cheap option, duty free
and usually has good snow conditions
especially around Chistmas.

ski areas, you going to invite me?
