I'm not sure how people can describe love !!! I've experienced it on several occasions & every one is different, meaning , you love different people for their different qualities.
I agree ! When I had my own businesses, it not only affected my social life but my health .. luckily I saw the dangers ahead, sold up & went into relief management in central London . Like yourself , I could pick & choose my working hours & suited me fine, until I got this cushy little number, working sociable hours during school terms only !
The bad rep. one . People seem to think that a couple of mails & a few chats constitute a relationship & when things turn sour, it's not a pretty sight!
Any person who enjoys their profession to the extent of having 2 jobs, can't value his relationship that much, in my opinion . I've seen so many people here in London, who are so career minded , they fail miserably when it comes to relationships, because ttheir energy fixed solely on a career & don't have that working / socialising balance .
I think a lot depends on maturity! Women generally mature at an early age and the fun factor wears thin in their twenties & change their life preferences for the more mature , ambitions type.
I think, apart from the obvious daddy issues, the more mature gentleman has a certain swagger about him. Qualities such as Confidence, experience, maturity, financial security, all add up to make the mature gentlemen an attractive proposition for the younger female .
