I've always been the black sheep of the family.

I grew up in Paris near Montmartre and couldn't wait to get out of there.
Have never been a city girl.

And I forgot other things like appointments...paperwork ..and my gawd..there's a lot!

Some working people I know often ask me what I do now that I'm retired...thinking that I maybe bored???

Life here is never boring and I wish sometimes I could go away for a break!

Well...well...let me see...

I do lots of things and there aren't enough hours in the day to do all the things I'd like to do and I can't.

E.g...apart from house chores and some light gardening..and grow some exotic plants..
I also like to make my own natural products...and health foods.
But that's for rainy days

I do volunteer work at a horse centre a couple of times a week...

Take my dog for long walks at least twice a day...beach and countryside...

Do my healing work in person and at distance...

Organise workshops once a month if I can...

And...of course...write my blogs when I'm inspired.

Also some siesta time is needed...
As well as meeting with friends... playing music..
and Maybe go singing.

I meant to add.. I'm a non smoker...never have and never will.

When younger I could tolerate someone smoking as long as it wasn't in confined spaces.

As I got older...I can't even stand it and...worst of all...I couldn't kiss a smoker.

My secret is...putting my age much older than I am gets people curious and interested.


When I put my correct age they still didn't believe me so...I'm just using psychology.

Of course I love my friends ...men and women...and there's no crossing the line As they respect boundaries.

Mind you...most of them are in their 40s ...so we are more like brothers.

As for knowing if a person is in love...well...

If he declares his love after a week..or a month even...I think it's more of an infatuation than love..

Now...after being in a relationship for some time..a woman just knows the difference...just intuitive knowing.
