Perhaps try talking to people in a manner in which you wish to be spoken to. I asked a question, it was answered and explained. At no point did I feel the need to be rude.
It is a free site, feedback is good and answers are good. Being rude to people who are trying to improve it is a poor reflection of you. So sorry to have principals in this world where so many are void of them
May we ask why this isn't possible? Because people communicate and express themselves in many ways. Images and memes are one of those ways. To enable a quote of an image can open a discussion.
I am actually going to give you a full response. Every single person who takes on a mortgage knows those risks. In fact, you sign a contract saying you are fully aware of those risks.
The banks are only interested in recouping the monies they loaned to you, hence why repossessed properties often sell for a much lower price. The purchaser gains not the bank.
There are no entitlements in life, if you actually want to discuss austerity perhaps look towards why banks received bail out packages.
