I wish you a lot of luck. All the systems are broken. I have had the pleasure (not) of most of them.

I hope you make a better candiate than most PM'S who offer lip service and half the time they have no idea what you are talking about. This is because the people who design the systems will never have the need for them. To the rest of the world they look great on paper. But the reality is they simply do not function. They require a lot of work by those who do use them. I can name at least 5! Not including the ones you have mentioned.

Staff over worked, no longer care or give a damn. Resources pushed to breaking point and people getting lost in the system and they hope you will give up. It's mentally draining, exhausting..

The last one took me 4 year and a lot of my sanity!

Thank you. I am having a day where I am interactive you are correct.

I enjoy sharing thoughts, but there are other things I am doing too. I am trying to listen to others and trying to understand them too.

As mine said to me not so long ago. Mum it isn't the olden times. I nearly died laughing thinking what I am not from the 1800's

I still like men to lead. I respect that. But I would hope out of respect he would want me to walk right beside me.

So I think they believe that in someways, but I listen and realise what is all front isn't the same as what is in their dreams and hearts.

You are aware that there are men who are feminists as well right?

How do you personally define a feminist? Taking in mind I am talking first generation feminists. Not second or third wave.

I am tired of seeing men and women using feminism as a negative. All you get is men feeling their masculinity is stripped from them and women who are entitled.

Both creating a negative.
