I haven't been able to use my internet mail since having to get another telstra sim card (cos idiot features lost the original one after taking it out at the airport...). I've spent hours on the 'phone to Bumbai and the Phillipines, as well Nokia's Mumbai base. No-one can get it going, and 'phone rejects remote help software. I should go into the store and spend MORE time with someone there, but I can't do it anymore They really need to give a new sim card, or another 'phone. Something
Yesterday I was talking with a friend of mine who is a Telstra business customer higher level techie. He recounted how he was helping his friend out at his home and ended up on the 'phone with the telstra call centre in the Phillipines....FOUR hours worth! He was appalled at the incompetence as well as the disastrous language issue
Yep, he copped what most of us have to deal with many times a year, and sometimes for days on end. I think he was going to report the incident! Maybe all telstra employers should be forced to go through that!
One time, I got such dreadful treatment with no internet and 'phone not working properly for nearly two weeks on my business line, that Telstra in the end offered, with no prompting from me, a credit of $1,000 for all that I went through.
I don't think this season's crops should make an immediate impact on prices, but of-course, supermarkets will jump on it and capitalise on these latest events.
Such a shame when that happens though, what a waste of food, time, and effort. But that's Nature.
I went to a dinner meeting tonight. By the time we got dessert it was about 10pm. Now I feel a bit sick as it was pavlova with fresh cream, pashionfruit syrup. I guess it turned inot a very late night snack. => to me.
(the poached atlantic salmon was delish, bit dry but delish.)
The British province of South Australia was established in 1836, and in 1842 it became a crown colony. South Australia was never a British convict colony, although a number of ex-convicts settled there from other colonies. Around 38,000 immigrants had arrived and settled in the area by 1850"
But Brits still seem to think it's OK to dump criminals in Australia.***.... For ex, Thompson and Venables, who murdered toddler James Bulger, were supposedly given new identities and shipped to Oz. I think one of them might have recently come to the attention of British authorities again, though possibly back on home soil for now...Until his next makeover
*** goodness knows we have enough of our own colourful murderers, especially SA!!
He wasn't. I block no-one but scammers. BSG just didn't seem to know that if a profile is hidden, there is no way you can contact that person! I thought it was obvious, but seems not.
So I'm staying unhidden for a while, so that all the folk thinking I've deliberately blocked them, ya know, the scores and scores of men out there...have a chance at throwing themselves at my feet!
RE: service and product complaints
Oh, that's poetic justice, Shell!I haven't been able to use my internet mail since having to get another telstra sim card (cos idiot features lost the original one after taking it out at the airport...).
