RE: Last to post wins part 2

Nothing to see here. yawn

RE: Any movie that is a Ten (10)

This is my third one.... is that ok?

Dear Melody, can I twist your arm to take a look at this war movie based on a very true story?
It hardly gets more true than this.. just make sure you watch the german version with english or spanish subtitles, no dubbing please!

Das Boot 1981, 2h 29min

RE: Any movie that is a Ten (10)

My second suggestion
Jackie Brown by Q.Tarantino

What happens when an ordinary person gets involved in crime and actually gets out on top!

RE: Any movie that is a Ten (10)

Tim Robbins again, 1992 The Player
Don't know how realistic this film is but it's unforgettable.
Here the other day I was driving and suddenly remb. a scene from this movie, thinking how I would cope if I found a rattlesnake in my passenger seat...

RE: Where do you want to travel after rhe pandemic

Sicilia Italy. But a visit to Poland is soon due also as I have friends there.

RE: Say Anything

I'm just curious Berry, where exactly do you happen to find this set of bumps in the road?

RE: Time to bring in my empty solid waste and recycle dumpsters from the alley.

What, 9 yards? That's a drag.
Are you sure they do not belong on the side of the road?
Here no garbage man goes 20 feet onto private land,
unless it's a city backyard surving 20 or so apartments.

RE: I understand why these forums are dead.

Not a heck of a lot better over at the blogs. I was here 2011-2012. Was more action, that can't be stuck under a stool. Could the solution be that blogland and forum join forces,,? dunnu
10years ago I let forum be forum... now I wonder over now and then on occasion.
Less intimidating here now, before you could get an arrow in ya back faster than a cowboy near black hills laugh

Hi Pedro wave

RE: Do you live in your own reality?

Are you high.., or deep... Pedro?

Our reality is shaped by different factors. Memory is one. Influences. Lust. Need. Fear. Hope.

Want me to go on?

If on the other hand you ask if we are being influenced in a way that we do not see, hardly feel an to some extent don't care about, well most likely. But tell me what is this philosophy gonna do good to you or me?

You must have some perticular idea in mind already. Care to share what it is?

RE: A brilliant French song

Maybe there will be a New Trump Order one day. Not too much to ask for is it.

RE: VIKINGS

ME ME... hehe

Well, they are on Iceland. That's the closest we got today.
The language they speak is also as close to what was spoken in scandinavia and parts of ireland/scotland 1000y ago.

Respect for women (at home) was more prominent than we might think, but roles were defined.

From what I've read in the saga's I find it a fascinating lifestyle, thou the the lootings was a shameful act.

Read any Icelandic saga's Sirenesz?
Is your first name Siren? If so you are scandinavian.

(gotta pop out but be back later)

No I am not sure, that's why I'm still here at cs init...
But (I agree with you that) patience is needed with that one, if pursued.

as a matter of fact I'm "working" on one now, a well nice matured woman. Only she needs some time to heal from a former relationship asswipe phsyco she left TWO days after buying and moving into a house with him, total a**hole, broke her plants in two ...lol.. still traumaticed, both her AND the daughter.

Patience, yes have to have some of that now.

At cs though.... not so sure.
Push, trash - next!

RE: Why are women so unimaginative...

Ok, cav. Partly trolling, with a message: your wait strategy sounds super.
But if I have not moved in 24 months get a doctor for me... it might be serious at that point. rolling on the floor laughing

RE: Why are women so unimaginative...

Good advices cavalero.

I also applied my own trick. I wrote a very honest profile (trump supporter and the whole nine yards),
added a rough pic of me looking like Manson.. and then started viewing wimms. Like mass viewing. Could click on 90 profiles in a matter of minutes (take a location you want to go to). Then you sit by and the ones who view you back... well..

Some may even read your profile and if some of THEM wrote you might be on to something.

If several viewings occurs it might be time for a letter?

RE: Why are women so unimaginative...

Well 2 out of 3 might be fishing scammies.
the others so braindead, you rather wanna flirt with a scammer rolling on the floor laughing

The one-liner wims, I simply let go.

RE: Could you have a fake platonic relationship with someone you hate

I find it even harder to find somebody to really hate, than somebody to really love.
Platonic I would never do nomather what, what is that for?

Ahhhh now it downed on me....., you talking of staying with your ex for the kids ha?
Don't do it, it's waste of time for you, him AND most importantly, the kids sense that its' not real.
T R U S T me, they sniff it.

Ain't worth it!
