Actually, it was labour who introduced this policy in 1968 , when they stopped giving free milk for over 11. Thatcher reduced it to over 7.
I don’t think thatcher was directly responsible for the sinking of the Belgrano . Accidents happen during a war & it was to defend British sovereign land , unlike tony Blair who killed hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians during the Iraq war with no justification.
I suppose in a way they are . Our government is introducing a scheme whereas all cats have to be chipped , or endure a fine . I don’t know how that will stop people from neglecting their pets , but it’s a start .
I like to think I’m a good judge of character & if I’m not mistaken , I’m sure you type is someone who would challenge you mentally , not in a physical sense .
A leader doesn’t necessarily mean a leader in the sense you’re referring to. A leader could mean something associated with a profession. A go getter , not necessarily in a school playground to which you are referring to. Women look for someone who wants to better himself.
