I know a wee bit about YOGA,but is not something that I ever got into.
But I do practice meditation as a form of relaxation and or as a cleanesing of my mind and that with a positive out look does wonders for me more times then not.
I can't eat or drink at the saem time either ...have you had a gastral bibas of sorts???
Have to fast come midnight as I am having a surgical procedure in the morning,so am gonna have a BIG cup of tea,and I think just because I know I can't I seem to be craving a piece of fish...LOL
Everything sort of just happened in rhythm with me. ...my middle son went off to school,my eldest son got married,I moved out of my house after 22 years and change was a HUGE adjustment. A month after the move my mother went from sick to Palliative, and so I left my job to care for her,and eventually moved in to her place in which a short time later she passed away.
My middle son who lives out of provience has recently bought me a ticket to come out and see him come the end of July.
So you see, what goes around truly does come back around.
It warms my heart to see family taking care of family, and for no other reason then LOVE.

“The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, the education, the money, than circumstances, than failure, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company... a church... a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it. And so it is with you... we are in charge of our Attitudes.”
Sure there has to be a mutual vibe happening, but nothing is written in stone and to me you never really know someone till you share time in there space.
If there isn't a connection,so be it,nothing ventured is nothing gained. ....besides nothing wrong with meeting new people and possibly making a new friend.
If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything, .....hence that a ex is a ex for a reason. Time makes and creates growth, and growth makes for strength.
The saying I am alone but not lonely rings so true for me in the answering of your question.
Life is beautiful, frame of mind is everything, and faith truly does exsist.....:)
