Bean Salad...A fav of mine...YUM! -Kidney beans,chick peas,romanio beans, -red onion,cumcumber,tomato and chopped and diced, -fete or goat cheese, -tossed with greek fete dressing,or a olive oil,red wine vinegar with fresh garlic mixture. And enjoy!
My last relationship ended in this type of deception, and lies where told and anger by him was had, however as hurt as I was,it was was it was and I was gratful for what we had and what we shared,also being a very trying time in my life. BUT,I am worth far more then that of sharing and so it ended.

We don't know what goes on in the minds of,and what works for one doesn't always work for another,but I will say this,forgiveness is one thing,but giving up your self respect is just not exceptable as far as I am concerend.
Cucumbers and tea bags are a great remidy, ...but can also try drinking plenty of water,vitamin K,cold cream and or a gel are also other options,both gel and cold cream to be left in the fridge.
I believe in forgiveness, ...even if I don't always understand, yet forgiving does not mean that I forget. ...And some people you have to love at a distance.
Love to me is something that needs no words,its what one feels,a positive energy. Sure there is what some call toxic love,but to me is not the love that is toxin,but the form in which it is being given.
