Open for a replay however, it was doing wonders for my circulation dancing.

RE: recipes

I do remember my dad attempting to make head cheese once and trying to wack a pigs head small enough to fit into a pot or 4 sad... it was not in the least bit attractive, nor did it smell very good.

RE: saying and quotes that make you laugh

Three Italian nuns die and go to heaven where they are met by St. Peter at the pearly gates.
St. Peter says "Ladies, you all led such wonderful lives, that I'm granting you six months to go back to Earth and be anyone you want".
The first nun says, "I want to be Sophia Loren" and POOF she's gone.
The second says, "I want to be Madonna" and POOF she's gone.
The third says, "I want to be Sara Pipalini".
St. Peter looks perplexed. "Who?" he says.
"Sara Pipalini" replies the nun.
St. Peter shakes his head and says, "I'm sorry, that name just doesn't ring a bell." The nun then takes a newspaper out of her habit and hands it to St. Peter. He reads the paper and starts laughing. "No Sister, he laughs, this says 'Sahara Pipeline, laid by 500 men in 7 days'!"

RE: the new steam age

Oh I saw it the other day.... isn't it wonderful?! As much fun as when they started the abbreviated Orient Express back up. I've seen that (OE) at the train station here on the way to Venice cheering and hollered at them asking if they're enjoying themselves grin? They seem to give a thumbs up.

I love trains and remember tootling around the uk and the rest of Europe as a kid, even was in a sleeper Paris to Milan with a group of funny nuns... had a blast. But I do like the old time ones best, when we would stick our heads out the window and wave at passers by in the summer!

RE: HAPPY B-DAY LAGGO

cake Happy B-Day from the newbie wine.

RE: Love songs for all you romantics.

Thought I'd add my 2cents:

RE: The New Covenant of Grace: A Holy Spirit Covenant

Is this 54 yr old child for real?

RE: The New Covenant of Grace: A Holy Spirit Covenant

That's the point isn't it.... the complete desisting of internal questioning? Saves a lot of time when someone else coughs up the pat answers (with flexible interpretations roll eyes) instead having to work through the journey on your own.

RE: I have been on pof for a while but never noticed the forum side

This actually seems a kinder and gentler world than pof hole waiter, with or without clothes roll eyes.

RE: Who would you fear most?

RE: Who would you fear most?

RE: Who would you fear most?

Kidatheart:

Geez Kid.... you are over personalizing... YOU perhaps are not MOST, but 'most' do exist. roll eyes

So put your paranoia back in your pocket, you have an unlimited variety of options to choose from, enjoy it instead of worrying about what this ol'broad has to say, if the shoe doesn't fit don't wear it wine.

RE: what's the deal

I've dated shorter and was quite smitten with this bloke.... and he was the one who dumped me because I was too tall blues..... works both ways.

RE: Who would you fear most?

Well instead of being insulted, you should be relating to the situation comfort roll eyes

I've found in my long life that men who aren't married have made that choice because they preferred not to be. Even so your range of options will always be greater because most 30+ women wouldn't choose an 18 yr old if given the option, while those girls are still in your dating pool. innocent

RE: TALK NOW IN AMERICA (OF COURSE) ABOUT LIMITING FREE SPEECH ONLINE-HOW LONG BEFORE IT HAPPENS?

Seems to me it would be silly to curb free speech when they won't get rid of the obvious and nefarious p*dophile sites on the web, when everyone knows that that is seriously sick and wrong and does harm to the most innocent by the most perverse in any country in the world.

Let's get our priorities straight .... doh

RE: Who would you fear most?

I think that it's not unusual these days for a 30 yr old woman not to have married yet. Especially if they have been intensely involved with advancing their careers. The problem with that is that by the time they get around to having time for a relationship, all the good men have been taken and the commitment phobic and the defective are left. dunno

The other side of the coin is that the 'many' marrieds have either built an MO or baggage from bad experiences and are gun shy or just need to be in a relationship at any cost.

Either way it's never easy, whatever the reasons and each should be taken on a case by case basis, people change and have different needs at different times in their lives.

And so it goes......roll eyes

RE: Words of Wisdom...

Interesting isn't it Smoky, how few people online are willing to risk forming that bond and others want a virtual one and avoid the meeting part. confused

We are strange creatures, we humans roll eyes.

RE: Why are guys not romantic anymore??

Romance is dead apparently (not bonking yubba roll eyes.. they really aren't interchangeable terms you know?)

Too easy to get laid these days me thinks, with a cornucopia of options and all the madness you get from too much choice.... sigh

RE: cardinal sin

Never allowed anyone to beat me nor have I needed to drop kick anyone..... but I do throw plates when riled, so the cardinal sin would be.... not being a good ducker if you happen to have a deep need to lie about every little old thing angel devil.

RE: Words of Wisdom...

Not that there is anything wrong with 'listening' and it IS an often under used sense..... then again I'd rather cuss, discuss and dive in.....handshake conversing buddies.... can't get much resolved if you don't participate......

RE: Words of Wisdom...

Quite British that roll eyes.

RE: LOve ..Mind or Heart ??? Chapter Two

Well could someone explain what just happened here conversing?
I'm a tad confused blues.

Merci49.... is life so boring?

RE: LOve ..Mind or Heart ??? Chapter Two

Hmm... this is interesting, probably something most women have known for a long time, it takes EFFORT and CHOICE to keep love alive. Complaisancy destroys.

But if we could slip them a "feel good" pill every so often to help out when the interest starts to drift hug cheering danceline !

RE: Do you Have ELover?

Because maybe someone in another part of the world doesn't have as easy access to real, open, available women that you have?

RE: What women like
