As long as both are aware that there is no marriage in a future and both are happy with LTR, I don't see a problem.

Making one's intentions clear is the key (IMO).

It's not a constant thing... nice, but there are no guarantees...

I wouldn't think it's very easy to live with,

but still - it's a very fortunate personality trend for both: you and that lucky man in your future.

I don't think there are many singles who can go with opt #4 without a shadow of a doubt.
